Biography

Fahad holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He has published in a wide range of topics including sensor networks, FPGA & embedded systems, parallel architectures for signal processing, approximate computing, AI & machine learning, and agent-based simulation & modeling. He is also interested in privacy preserving techniques, computational workflows, and data visualization methods. At UCF, he advises researchers on their cyberinfrastructure needs for advanced computing, data storage, networking, and security & privacy. He is a Campus Champion, Cyber Ambassador and certified Carpentries instructor.
