Student Poster Session

One of the highlights of the symposium is the poster session, where students present their computational work to the greater UCF community. This year we are doing best poster awards and there will be an awards presentation at the end when the Symposium concludes.

The topics for this year are high-performance computing, quantum computing, cloud computing and enabling AI research through computational, data and training resources.

If you are a currently enrolled UCF student interested in submitting a poster, please submit your abstract. Guidelines for poster submission can be found below. The deadline for submitting abstracts is September 16 by 11:59 PM. Submissions will be reviewed by members of the 2025 Symposium Poster Judges Panel for acceptance into the Student Poster Session. Posters will be judged by the Panel on the day of the symposium during the poster presentation time. Please note that due to space limitations, acceptance of all qualified abstracts cannot be guaranteed. Applicants will be notified of their poster acceptance by September 23. At that time, accepted posters will receive a special registration link to the event.

To view the full agenda please visit, 2025 UCF Research Computing Symposium.

The Student Poster Session is sponsored by NVIDIA.
