Student Poster Session
One of the main features of the UCF Annual Research Computing Symposium is the Student Poster Session to enable exchange of ideas across disciplines. Any students at UCF are eligible to submit. The poster should depict how advanced computing resources were used to solve a research problem in computational science, data-intensive science, AI/ML, quantum computing or cloud computing.
Poster Submission:
Each poster submission should include a 250-word abstract that explains the research problem, the motivation, the approach, analysis, results and insights. Submit your poster abstract here.
Poster Specification:
The actual poster that the student must print and bring to the poster session must be no larger than 36” x 48”. Include title and authors at the top and it must match your original submission. The student is responsible for printing the poster. Easels, poster boards and binder clips will be provided for the poster session.
Print Services:
Poster printing services are available at UCF Print Shop https://printing.ucf.edu/print-services/ (Discounted rate could be applied if they are informed that this is a “Research Poster”).

Acceptance Notification on: September 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
Poster PDF due on: September 21, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
Additional Requirements:
Speaker registration is required for poster presentations. Speaker registration link will be shared by session organsizer if your poster is accepted.
Students with accepted posters must attend the symposium and present their work during the poster presentation and judging session.
