Qualtrics provides researchers with an intuitive platform to create, distribute, and analyze surveys. It supports advanced survey design, robust data collection, and detailed analytics. Integration with other tools and collaborative features enhance its utility for research teams.
Licensing is available for researchers, faculty, staff, and students at the University of Central Florida at no additional cost under our university-wide site license.

How to get access to Qualtrics and publish surveys
- Submit the Qualtrics Access/Upgrade ticket to UCF IT
- Follow the instructions from UCF IT to activate your Qualtrics license. This is required in order to publish surveys.
Using Qualtrics
Please note that although you may be able to access Qualtrics through UCF Single-sign-on (SSO), you need to activate your license in order to publish surveys. See How to get access to Qualtrics and publish surveys. Users with Qualtrics access can log in here.

- You can use Anonymous Links for distributing your survey without collecting any identifying information.
- Note that Anonymous Links collect IP addresses – to disable this, select the Anonymize Responses setting in survey options.

Survey Platform Assistance
The Qualtrics survey platform is managed by UCF Information Technology. UCF Information Technology is the primary technical support team for the Qualtrics survey platform. See Research Support for assistance in using the survey platform for research purposes.
